Good
questions.

Anything else? Message us on WhatsApp

How long does a full groom take?

Around 2 to 3 hours depending on size and coat. We message you when they are ready, or when the taxi is on its way back.

Can I stay with my pet?

For nervous first-timers, yes — book the first slot of the day and we will keep the room quiet.

Do you groom aggressive or very anxious pets?

We go slowly and stop if they are stressed. For some pets a shorter session or a vet-supervised groom is kinder, and we will tell you honestly.

What if I need to cancel?

Message us at least [24 hours] ahead and we will move your slot at no charge.

Weekend slots go first.

Send your pet’s name, breed, weight and preferred day — we’ll confirm a time and pickup window.
